Application Fee: $100.00/applicant (Paid one time with Rental Application)
Utility Fees:

• Water/Sewer:
  • 1 Bedroom Apartment: $40.00/month
  • 1 Bedroom Apartment + Den: $45.00/month
  • 2 Bedroom Apartment: $60.00/month
  • 2 Bedroom Apartment + Den: $65.00/month

Other Utilities – Charges based on usage and shall be paid directly to each utility company by Tenant

MANDATORY SECURITY DEPOSIT (NON-OPTIONAL):

Security Deposit: $1,000.00 per apartment

(**All vehicles owned or used by a Tenant must be parked in the Parking Garage. No parking is allowed on the surrounding surface parking lots)
